Performance Measures

school-performanceEvaluation and reporting are important elements in the teaching/learning process. Teachers provide written reports at the end of each semester for Pre-Primary through to Year 6. In Kindy a book/portfolio containing a sample of the child’s work is sent home at the end of the year.

Parent-teacher interviews during the year provide opportunities for the exchange of information regarding the child and their development.

Learning Journey

To complement the reporting and parent-teacher interview process, Aranmore has implemented a positive experience for both students and parents whereby they visit the classroom and spend some time together reflecting about the learning that has occurred. The Learning Journey occurs in Terms One and Three and are scheduled from 3:15pm – 6.30pm.
