12 year olds National AFL Championship

Western Australia was well represented at the 12 year olds national AFL championship held in Geelong, Victoria this year, by Perth electorate local – Joshua Gibcus.

The WA team came third in the tournament after some very exciting and skillful games. Accompanied by his parents, Josh had lots of fun and made some wonderful friends with whom he shared memorable experiences.

Josh and his family are very thankful to the local community for rallying behind him and for their support in making this trip a reality. Well done to Josh and congratulations to his proud parents Michael and Yvonne!
