Grandparents Day

What a very special Grandparents Day we had last Friday. It was wonderful to see so many grandparents at our special prayer service and then enjoying morning tea with their grandchildren and going on a journey around the school visiting classrooms.

Thank you for such a lovely Grandparents celebration. Jim and I have always felt very welcome at Aranmore but it was so special to be welcomed as grandparents. It was great to visit the classrooms as well as taking a trip down memory lane and doing the “Twist” in the music room.
Congratulations to all involved.

My husband and I would like to say thank you for a wonderful morning that was put on by the school. We thoroughly enjoyed it and having morning tea with our grandson.
Well done to all and thanks again

It was a wonderful occasion and nice to see so many grandparents in attendance. We loved seeing our four grandchildren in such a wonderful environment. Congratulations to you and your staff for organising a memorable morning.

I wish to congratulate the Principal, Mrs Williamson, teachers and the students of Aranmore Primary School for a wonderful Grandparents Day last Friday.
To the children who were there to meet the grandparents and direct them to the assembly hall, I congratulate them on their confidence and beautiful manners. The service which followed was excellent. I was very impressed with how family values are instilled within the school. Following the service, a lot of fun was had at our morning tea with our grandchildren and the classroom activities that followed. You should all be very proud of yourselves.
Well done Aranmore Primary School.
